  • Giving back is a key part of Kais Supply's mission to make an impact on increasing access to healthful food. We invest 15% of profits into 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to promote food access for all.

  • You can purchase Kais Supply products like our congee online. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow up on Instagram or TikTok for updates on more locations as we expand!

  • Kais Supply is shelf-stable until opened. Once it's opened, it needs to be refrigerated if not consumed in one sitting.

  • Yes, you can! The outer boxes are paperboard recyclable, and the pouches are recyclable. Check with your local recycling facility to be sure can accept them.

  • Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders over $50, and there is a $8 flat rate economy fee for orders under $50. At this time we're only shipping domestically but we will launch internationally soon!

    Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS.

    Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
